Missions

Key Responsibilities


• Support the development and execution of facilities management and procurement strategies.
• Lead specific projects within facilities and procurement, integrating sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure coordinated efforts across facilities and procurement
functions with sustainability goals in mind.
• Analyse and report on key performance indicators related to cost savings, sustainability, and
compliance, contributing to decision-making processes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within facilities and procurement teams.


Scope & Impact


• Contribute to the development of strategy at a sub-function/practice/country level with a short to
mid term (1-3 years) impact on business results in alignment with organisation objectives
• Accountable for the results of the sub-function/country level portfolio through alignment with business goals and providing direction
• Cascade objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team below and monitors progress
• Provide effective feedback to the team below and guide team members to enhance their performance level


Stakeholder Interaction


• Key stakeholders include function/business heads, clients, internal teams
• Influence senior stakeholders within and outside the organisation on decisions related to the respective sub-function/portfolio

 

Innovation & Complexity


• Analyse complex issues, identify problems and develop plans to overcome the same within the
scope of the job area
• Change existing methods and techniques in the practice/sub-function by drawing from industry
expertise, personal experiences and feedback to bring in effectiveness and efficiency in the subfunction
General Knowledge & Management
• Possess team leadership skillsets and advanced knowledge of specific professional discipline with
broad understanding of other allied sections within/outside the function
