Missions

Opportunity – Vehicle Compliance Lead (Automotive)

We are looking for a Vehicle Compliance Lead to join a major automotive development program and drive vehicle-level geometrical convergence and compliance activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure geometrical synthesis and vehicle compliance across the assigned perimeter.
  • Drive issue resolution activities to secure vehicle performance and assembly conformity.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Vehicle Integration.
  • Lead engineering change coordination and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
  • Contribute to assembly convergence and industrialization readiness.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and corrective action plans through dedicated KPIs and reporting.

Key Activities

  • Manage and report vehicle compliance activities and results.
  • Lead regular reviews between Design, Conformity, Manufacturing, and Vehicle teams.
  • Coordinate root cause analyses and action plans for vehicle issues.
  • Drive engineering changes and technical convergence.
  • Prepare and present management reporting and performance reviews.
  • Interface with project stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.

Performance Indicators

  • Vehicle issue resolution rate.
  • Product Integration Validation (PIV) compliance.
  • Manufacturing conformity achievement.
  • Quality and project milestone adherence.
  • Delivery of action plans within committed timing.

Compétences

Required Skills

  • Experience in automotive vehicle development, integration, or geometry engineering.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle assembly processes and dimensional management.
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Action plan management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Knowledge of PLM environments and standard engineering tools.
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.

Expérience

Profile

  • Engineer or technicien with proven experience in vehicle development, body engineering, geometry, manufacturing convergence, or vehicle integration.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Autonomous, analytical, and result-oriented.
