As Quality Lead, you will:
- Execute and continuously improve Quality Management System (QMS) activities transferred to the CoE (e.g., audit planning, documentation management, KPI collection, regulatory monitoring, non-conformity management).
- Provide operational support to local quality teams, especially during audits, certification renewals, and transformation deadlines.
- Ensure delivery, simplification, and standardization of quality processes, leveraging automation and digital tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual workload.
- Support the deployment of group-wide quality initiatives and best shore strategies.
- Contribute to the harmonization of quality strategy, documentation, and processes across all countries, reinforcing group-wide quality objectives.
- Support the implementation of group quality initiatives, best shore strategies, and continuous improvement programs.
- Participate in the development and deployment of shared tools, templates, and training materials.
- Support audit readiness and certification success by maintaining standardized templates, structured reviews, and centralized support.
- Monitor compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to risk management, governance, and proactive compliance activities
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the CoE and with country quality teams.
- Act as a point of contact for specific expertise areas (e.g., AI standards, information security, regulatory monitoring) as the CoE develops new competencies.
- Provide onboarding, training, and documentation support to local teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.
- Collect and analyze quality KPIs to drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups to develop and maintain living documents and best practices.
