We are looking for a skilled Tester / Test Lead / Test Manager with proven experience working on Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar core banking systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing test strategies for core banking solutions and ensuring the quality of complex banking applications.

• Analyze business and functional requirements related to FLEXCUBE / core banking.
• Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Lead and manage testing teams and timelines (for lead/manager roles).
• Execute manual and/or automated test cases and document results.
• Report defects and work closely with development and business teams to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support releases and production validation.
• Ensure compliance with internal testing standards and quality assurance best practices.

• 4–10+ years of experience in software testing (depending on level: Tester/Lead/Manager).
• Strong experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (Retail or Corporate preferred).
• Good knowledge of core banking processes (e.g., payments, loans, deposits, general ledger).
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
• Experience with UAT coordination and regression testing.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
