• Define and prioritize the initiatives and develop the roadmaps with business stakeholders
• Collect business requirements, define the scope and the necessary resources
• Analyze the solutions through the RFP process and provide recommendations
• Support the project team in carrying out day-to-day tasks and complying with the roadmap
• Ensure smooth execution and success of the project

Application Management
• Monitor and maintain the applications of the scope
• Coordinate and manage complex issues with global support teams and third parties
• Act as point of contact between business stakeholders and IT

• Manage vendors and contractors to ensure performance expectations and customer satisfaction
• Manage the budget of the application in the scope with focus on continuous cost optimization
