Project Management & Execution:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to technical vehicle assistance operations.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Operational Coordination:

• Work closely with technical teams, roadside assistance units, and customer service teams to enhance service delivery.
• Improve response times and service quality by optimizing workflows and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

• Coordinate between internal teams, external vendors, and clients for seamless project execution.
• Communicate project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in vehicle assistance, automotive, or technical support sectors.
