• Facilitate agile practices across multiple squads simultaneously (3 squads, each consisting of ~12 team members).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Squad Leads, and stakeholders to ensure effective sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery.
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking team progress.
• Support squads in adhering to agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with the Program Director and delivery leads to align squad activities with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on managing dependencies, resolving impediments, and ensuring timely delivery of value.
• Assist teams during Program Increment (PI) planning and facilitate smooth onboarding and transitions.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in technology-focused environments (SAP experience is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple squads simultaneously while ensuring high performance.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for agile lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and related best practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in large-scale agile transformations.
• Familiarity with SAP projects and related technical workflows.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
